We’ve all been such lovely consumers,

But I know that you might have heard rumours

That we’re planning a coup.

Well, that just isn’t true.

(Yes, it is. Don’t you dare tell the boomers.)

This poem is tongue-in-cheek. There are plenty of clever and wonderful boomers — parents and grandparents, builders and teachers, writers and thinkers. Make sure you deride bad ideas, not the elderly.

But don't put up with any crap, either.
