Spray cheese and hot chocolate
Soft music and candlelight
Whatever brings you comfort and
Fills your heart up with delight
Come on, step out of the shadows
That someone else has made
Bloom like the flowers in a meadow
Don’t hide away in shade
Laugh loud, enjoy the sunshine
Learn to dance with no reserve
Take a chance, don’t stop your climbing
Be bold when navigating life curves
Sing a song no one is singing
Make the rhymes up as you go
Don’t worry about what others are thinking
Kick the foot lights, steal the show!
Be the you, you’ve always wanted to be
Let your strange side show
Like the postman with the mail
Deliver rain or shine or snow
Cold pizza and a soda
Mix beans with mac and cheese
Do whatever brings you joy
Be the one you’re trying to please
So put on your favorite playlist
Sing so the ones in the back can hear
Make memories with the ones you love
Remind the world that you’re here!!
