Letting Go

The peace of release.

Letting go is something very hard for you, but it’s most needed even when it’s hard to do.

You spend a lot of time gripping things that you can’t manage, but all you do is cause yourself unnecessary damage.

You’re holding on too much and going too many lengths. Putting energy in a lot of what drains you of strength.

Your soul is tired because unintended strain hurts it. You have to stop and ask yourself is it really worth it.

Why stay attached to what you know is bondage. Mental slavery has your soul in bondage.

Unable to let go of that which lurks with pain. Even though it's trapped you in a bed of hurt and pain.

Your body seizes up with a major reaction to your attachments that are only just a major distraction.

You think you have a grip on things that are gripping you. Loving with no regard for how bad it’s killing you.

If the path of life you want to go in is peace, then you have to let go of the beast and let it cease.

Holding on too much always keeps you from your best. Let go of your attachments and let your heart rest.
