Quiet you lie,
warm
In the comfort of my form
Branches around you.
Less fragile with each morning
gone,
A child, just begun.
Breath to tilt a leaf,
And arranged palms upward,
one at your cheek,
one across your chest;
Your hands
A little God
Practicing the sacred dance
You’ve slept like this since birth.

About the Creator
Elsa Michaela | @surfthought
When you hear a song
One that stops you in your tracks
That seems spoken from your own mind
Do you listen and listen again?
Follow its streams until a tide,
Inside you
Rushes to fill in the small hollow parts
…Yeah, me too
