Two souls were dancing endlessly
Down a town of stairs so stresslessly
Only to end up hopelessly
Lost in each others arms.
The crowd could cry noiselessly
Still she'd play continuously,
Her life a virtual virtuosity
A cloudy laments dream.
His life a portrait of right of wrong
For either one you could write a song,
But as these two got along,
Who knew things would go wrong.
Concrete
Watch as they turn you to nothing.
Watch as they burn down your torch.
The tirade has all been for nothing.
Just a laugh in the concrete parade.
Society builds you to tear you,
Leaving you spineless and raw,
And when you're down,
You'll find your clown,
And drown in your sorrows for now.
