Just be You: Celebrating Bisexuality Day

Bisexuality,

Not just

Liking both

Boys

And

Girls.

While

It is true;

That

Bi equals two,

In linguistics

That is.

Here,

It has evolved.

To liking

Your gender,

Plus

One

And maybe,

Another.

And maybe,

Another.

There is

No limit,

There is

No max.

For gender

Does not

Equal three.

Non binary

Holds,

Infinite genders.

So many,

Even

When grouped.

Bisexuality,

Is now

An umbrella term.

For those

That like

More than one.

Maybe

All,

Or

Just a few.

So

Let’s celebrate,

The existence

Of the label.

And all

Of those

Whom

Identify as such.

You are there,

And

We see you.

We

Know that,

You are not

Half gay

And

Half straight.

You are

Whole,

And

You are

Perfect,

You are

Worthy

Of celebration.

You are

Worthy

Of cheer

And a day

Just for you.

Be proud

And remember,

That you

Are loved,

And

That you

Are accepted.

By me,

And

May others.

So

Raise your flag,

And

Raise it tall.

Pink

Purple

Blue.

And

Never forget

To just be you.
