Nothing goes right

If walls could scream my ears would bleed

To hear them crying your name for me

Listen please, oh introvert me

If silence told a story tonight

It'll tell you my struggle with every goodbye

It ain't lies, I wish you were mine

If echoes travel with you home

You'll know I'm often all alone

I roam about the phone

If every smile told an abundant more

Then smile I would when you walk through the door

But at the centre core, what for?

Walls don't speak and silence is shy

Echoes can travel yet echoes can't fly

Nothing goes right

So I cry my tears and my heart leaps

I endure these nights with little sleep

All because of introvert me
