Daily struggles

There are things people never told us tthat we have to learn ourselves

Somewhere in america there is a child sitting in their room contemplating suicide

Somewhere in america there is a child getting harrased on the subway

Somewhere in america there is a child getting pushed into a locker

People never told us that society could bring us down

Somewhere in america there is a child dragging a blade across their wrist

Somewhere in america a teacher is giving a lecture on why bullying is bad but what she wasn't told is that there is a kid out in the hall getting picked on

People have become so blind to bullying that it happens to someone everyday

Somewhere in america there is a child sitting at the computer looking at all the nasty comments on a picture she posted 20 miutes ago

Somewhere in a america someones child has hung themselves because a bully told them to

No one know how much damage is done until someone takes their life

People get ridiculed and picked on everyday because of their race, their style of clothing, or even because of their sexuality

Somewhere in america there is a boy getting beat up in the bathroom for speaking up for whats right

There is so much wrong with this generation that the suicide rate has ecalated

Open your eyes and see the damage thats being done

People are out there with eating disorders or is on depression medicine

Now a days people judge too quickly instead of getting to know them

Bullies are behind a screen with a fake name taunting a kid because they think its cool

Wake up america there is more to this than whats being said

Teachers and parents vaguely talk about this issue. if its happening to you bring attention to it. It needs to stop.

I used to be apart of all this conflict and hatred but I now see that I want to be apart of the better solution.
