Imagine walking through a store
Strolling down the aisles
Picking out items to fill your cart of whys
*
The aisle of how is bare
Some products are out of stock
You leave disappointed
You failed to acquire the materials you want
*
You scan your list of questions
Focusing on when and where
You roll your cart to the other side
Hoping that you will find something left
*
You search through the shelves
Unable to find your desired product
Leaving disappointed
Better luck in the aisles of who or what
*
Surprised by the many items present
One by one, you fill your cart
Happy that you didn’t leave empty-handed
You proceed to the checkout
*
In life, there are questions
Some answers we will find
For others, we have to accept
That they may never be solved in our lifetime
*********************
If you pay attention to your conversations and thoughts throughout the day, you will realize that you ask questions. You may be surprised by the number. Examples include:
• How are you?
• What time is it?
• Where are my keys?
• What should I have for lunch today?
• Why is there so much traffic at this time?
• What is the weather like today?
There isn’t a day when we do not seek answers which we usually obtain readily. Others may require research. It could pertain to our jobs or school.
