If a Human Were A Star
galactic musings

If a human could become supernova
when we implode -
we would extend beyond Pluto,
the strings of my DNA
bridging ten billion miles.
So,
I am a star.
Compact energy,
radiating waves
out into the universe.
How exciting to imagine
all the cosmic bodies I shall see
when I die.
Then,
as a star creates
planets and comets as it combusts,
what beautiful things shall I become
When my matter returns to its origin?
