I See Something Ahead of Me

Then, nothing.

I See Something Ahead of Me

I see something ahead of me.

It’s not going too fast, or too slow.

I know it’s bad for me, but I can’t seem to move out of the way.

I notice they’re two lights.

Then there’s a hot flash of pain.

Then nothing.

I see something ahead of me.

This time, they’re multiple lights going by really fast.

I can’t see clearly, so it’s all so blurry.

Yet they look beautiful.

Then nothing.

I see something ahead of me.

I see a dark void.

Full of nothing, yet completely empty.

I see something ahead of me.

Red starts to go all around me.

It begins to get hot.

It hurts.

. . .

. . .

. . .

I see something ahead of me.

I hope you don’t see the same as I do.
