A love poem

I'll remember you
Photo by Federico Respini on Unsplash

I'll remember you

until the day that I die.

I will remember all that we had together.

I'll remember how close we have become

and how wonderful our times were together.

I will cherish every moment we have left.

I will love and support you until the end.

Your love is so meaningful to me.

You hug is as warm as the sunshine in a hot summer day.

Your hair is as golden as the fields.

Your eyes as beautiful as the ocean.

When you sing you are as beautiful as the dove.

Everything about you is precious.

I want tot savor every moment that we are together.

Every moment spent with you to me is precious.

I want to take you as my wife.

Not because it seems to be the next step.

But because you are my life.

Your fingers are entwined around every heart string.

You are within me with every heartbeat.

I'll remember you

until the end of our time.
