I Am an Empty Well

How do you live with failure?

An Empty Well by Tim StiX

Where do you go

When you've given it all

And there's nothing more left to give

How do you know

If you stumble and fall

Just how to get up and live

Chaos confirmed

Mountain too tall

From unfortunate worm

To no curtain call

Trapped in your mind

Like a cold prison cell

No hope left behind

In a dried up old well

Failure is hard

When you've given your all

So, draw another card

Or let the curtain fall

What do I do

Now life's emptied the well

And I've just nothing more left to give

If only I knew

When I stumbled and fell

There's still time ...

To get up and live!
