Hunter And Prey

You don’t escape. Eventually, you will “pay”.

In a glass snowball, you now live,

soon unable to breathe.

You got in there to protect yourself;

no one can pass through the shield you shaped.

Looking through the glass at the outside world,

no reason it is for you to use your sword.

That is of course if the outside is really the source

of all the battles you experienced

and look like they’ve disappeared.

As the inbound,

so the outbound;

obstacle also sets un-free

the way you express your “me”.

Not clear receiving,

not clear giving;

enslavement and illusion

your way of living.

As time goes by,

you start to realize

that none of the monsters compromise.

Because the enemies

you tried to block,

in your mind’s field

are all enclosed.

No “snowballs”, no caves, no pseydo-be

can hide you.

Wherever you go,

your hunter is inside you.

Let’s have the glass snowballs just as a part of Christmas decoration in our home, rather than as our “home” itself.
