You'll find your footing once again;

the ground beneath your feet

will no longer tremble

nor quake.

The memories of cruelty will fade

and be replaced with new experiences

of love and light and

all you've ever desired.

Your dreams will be coming true;

Someone will reach out a hand,

a heart, a conversation;

And you'll be linked with those who

understand you, without you saying a word.

You'll remember what it's like to hope,

and what's it's like to surrender to

the flow of life and of the divine.

Because you, yourself, are divinity;

You are a universe, and how is that not amazing?

You'll remember to turn your face

upwards,

towards the warmth of sunsets and sunrises,

towards the comforting shades of blue

that await you

in the sky,

and in the galaxies above.

You'll remember what it's like to be wanted,

what it's like to trust once more,

to be able to fall into someone's arms,

knowing they'll be there to catch you.

Peace will come to you,

replacing the pain tucked away

in the dark recesses of your mind.

All the love that you once gave away

to hearts that did not know how to accept it

or accept you,

will return tenfold.
