Happy Birthday Raymond

Here’s to the friend that we all lost so suddenly and so tragically.

To all of us remembering the friendships that brought us all together in his memories.

To all of us realizing how fragile we all are at every waking moment.

How quickly one choice can break our light and leave darkness behind for our loved ones to sit in.

Here’s to him, to Raymond.

For being such a bright and loving soul in all of our lives in whatever way he was meant to help us shine.

For his family that will never be the same but will always have his heart so deeply intertwined into their own.

To his family that now will always have the love and prayers of every person he ever met.

To his friends that come together now to try to keep laughing and smiling and moving with positivity in our souls just like he always did.

Here’s to how he made every relationship he had feel so unique and special. To each special memory we carry in our hearts of him.

To the smile that lit up a room, that brightened every photograph and infected every person to smile from ear to ear just like him.

To the way he laughed at our jokes even when they weren’t that funny but still made sure to tell us it wasn’t even a good joke but he got it.

The way he sang and danced and made us laugh till our guts hurt and we thought we couldn’t laugh anymore.

To the way he loved. How he carried so much love within him that it spilled over into everything he did, into every person he let into his life. The way he always made everyone feel seen and safe without judgement.

To the way he stood behind his loved ones in everything that they faced. How he’d do anything to ensure there was always a smile on their faces and they always found the time to laugh and look at the bright side of things.

To the nights he spent talking about aliens and the universe, and the bigger picture of life and what it meant to him.

To the priceless moments each of us got to spend with him.

Here’s to the life he lived and pushed to live so selflessly. To finding his bliss with God and to finding his peace with the things he could not change.

And everything else he brought to this life that made him one in a trillion in such a special way.

He leaves behind a gap in each of our lives that can never be filled, he meant too much to us for this pain to just disappear.

Here’s to knowing he is here with us in every step we take to be better and do better for ourselves and for the planet. To knowing and sensing he is guiding us through our pain.

To Raymond Michael Zamora, who we all lost too soon, who we all loved and cherished dearly.

Here’s to his soul and light living on forever through all of us.

And most importantly to his love that will fill our lives for an eternity as he protects us from above in the stars.

He’s smiling down on us every time the sun is shining, every time the moon smiles back at us, even on dark days he’s here to remind us there is beauty and love in everything.

For all of us missing Raymond it will be something we all have in common until we take our last breathes, and to do right by him will now be part of our goals as long as we strive to grow and be better every day we are on this Earth.

We all pray you rest easily in your new paradise, we all pray you see all the love there is for you down here. Forever in our hearts, forever in our souls.

We will never stop missing you Raymond, we love you and we promise to carry your memory with us, always.

Rest Easy Raymond Michael Zamora, gone from this Earth but with our hearts forever.
