Do not fret over your misgivings,

for how could they compare to the love that you have brought to this earth?

It takes only a glance to see the treasures you have left behind.

Though they remain elusive creatures to your eyes,

I know their forms

in your words, your hands, your smile.

Your works are gentle and kind, born of love and grace.

Look toward your child.

Look toward their life long lived.

And listen to the joy in their voice just as I have.

It was your hands that crafted them and showed them how to live,

and they will remember you in all your tenderness.

A legacy wonderful and true in nature.
