The cat rolls around

Asking for my attention.

Then he runs away.

šŸˆ

Lying in the sun,

Hoping to fend off the cold.

Kitty is happy.

šŸˆ

Rocking in a chair,

Warm cat purring on my lap.

This is happiness.

šŸˆ

Sitting next to me,

A pile of clean laundry,

Stalked by a kitten.

šŸˆ

A plaintive meow

Echoes through the apartment.

Kitten, I'm right here!

šŸˆ

Kitty in a box

That is quite too small for him.

Don't let him know that.

šŸˆ

Cat pushing boxes.

At least he is entertained.

But still, it's noisy!

šŸˆ

As the wind howls,

The cat dashes in your path,

You think, "What a storm."

šŸˆ

A chirp and a flop;

A bundle of fur upside down.

Kitten fell over.

šŸˆ

Things fall and crash while

Kitten explores his new home.

The joys of moving.

šŸˆ

Contented kitty,

Happy not to be alone,

Purrs like a motor.
