Ghosted, like a memory in the night
A shadow of what once brought delight.
A feeling that still lingers on,
Of something that is now gone.
A love that once burned bright,
Now just a faint, ghostly light.
A presence that's no longer here,
But memories linger, crystal clear.
It haunts me, this ghost of you,
The thought of what we used to do.
The laughter and the joy we shared,
Now just a fading dream, ensnared.
Yet still I feel your ghostly touch,
A memory I can't quite clutch.
A love that's gone, but not forgot,
A ghost that haunts me, heart and thought.
