Dark night
Many Knights
Unsuccessfully
Sailing through
Attempting to capture
Attempting to grasp
What mystical
Magical
Powers? Seduction?
Illusion and mirage.
Sirens sing to their own
Tunes and master their
Connection to the Ocean
The waves and sound
Waves, depths of
Despair or Loneliness
Wandering
Searching
Floating
The stability of a rock
A temporary stance
Air and wind
But only for a little while.
Flight is not an option
But flying within the
Water, to torpedo through
At speeds unimagined.
Little fish friends
A world of their own.
Unbothered, untamed.
Sailors with binoculars
Try to find the magic
Try to bottle it
To merchandise it.
There is no reprieve
Under the Full Moon night.
