When she found the door to the other world, so did I.
When she stepped onto the crisp, beautiful and fresh virgin snow, so did I.
When her eyes looked up into the Heavens and danced with delight as the fallen snowflakes kissed her cheek, so did mine.
What feels to many people like cold blanket- viscous, cruel and merciless- to me,
embraces my body with its warm caresses.
Yes, when she opened the door to this other world, so did I, and I saw the same magic in my eyes.
