This is my first new entry for the Vocal “From Across the Room” Challenge to be judged by Kiran Kapur, author of “Women In The Waiting Room”.

This is a mostly non-rhyming sonnet, an imagination of when my love and I first met

We are very much in love to this day

💓💜💓💜💓💜💓💜💓💜💓💜

I looked across the waiting room

And saw You Standing There Alone

I Fell In Love With What I Saw

In You, Your Soul Shone Through Your Smile

💓💜

Love at First Sight? Impossible

We Knew We Were Soul Mates, We Knew

We Fell In Love With Each Other

It Really Was Love At First Sight

💓💜

We’re Now A Couple Together

From Falling In Love At First Sight

To Being In Love Forever

Waking Each Morning, Feeling So Right

Our Love Is Strong, And Full of Charms

In Heaven In Each Others Arms

💓💜💓💜💓💜💓💜💓💜💓💜
