Through the glass,
head rested against a wooden windowsill,
I can see burdening weight
reaching a freefalling freedom.
Clouds bubbling up from excited molecules,
water finally reaching its needed
heaviness
to escape this state
trapped in this suspension
of time
and air.
The darkening sky never felt so relieving
rain pouring down and filling rivers
and soils,
and life,
washing away desertic rashes
and skins
and sins.
I wonder when I'll reach my
freedom state.
When is your burdening weight
heavy enough
to grant you liberty?
