Words tumble from the heart
Explosive moments
Fear filled words
Raw feelings
Not being heard
Dancing around the outskirts
Not saying what is really the cause
Words flow in anger and fright
Fearful moments wanting to hide
Fears awakened
Tears flow
The tsunami a force with no stopping zone
Fearful words
Not truth nor lie
Somewhere between
Where you live and hide
Runaway
Sit and cry
Slowly calming
You feel the tide
Slowly the tsunami dies
The words now flow
From shame and lies
You follow up with sorry trys
You hate the rage the venom that drips
One day after another roun
You find a light
A beacon of love
You begin to chant hum and tone
You begin to feel the heart come home
The process is as easy as can be
2 fingers to the chest and breathe
A few days on
Another round
This time the words tumble out
Not of anger but love profound
No shame or pain or even guilt
No judgements
Just words of truth from the hearts love tree
The change is empowering and profound.
And ready to be see
