FATHER

A father nurtures a soul under the umbrella of his love and care,

as a child arrives in the world unaware ,

Of the harshest realities,

A father provides a child comfort to the best of his potential,

A father invests his precious time in his child,

He makes compromises to bring the best from the world to his family,

A father makes efforts to keep child's life easy,

He encourages his child to bring best in him,

He acts as a mentor and believes in the child,

He is ready to accept his child's mistakes,

And encourages his child to learn from his mistakes,

As a father grows older,

The wrinkles on his face truly justify the pain undertaken by him to nurture his family,

No one can ever take the place of a father,
