Falling for a Stranger

Lust Turning to Trust

By Jennifer PetersenPublished 6 years ago 1 min read

those you think you know...the ones you tell your secrets and lies...

tend to be the wolf...covered in a sheep's disguise...

someone you never have known...tends to be the person in whom you should sow...

lending a listening ear, and learning how to shed a tear, is usually the easiest remedy...to bring myself back to being me...

for a stranger's kindness, that was once filled with lust...has turned into a loving trust...

as days with you slip into night...dusk flashes quickly in fright...

dawn always pushing dusk away...just as every moment with you, helps ease the pain that is slowly fading away...
