I often wonder what it’s like

To fall in love with someone

Feel their touch as they hold your hand

The gentle kiss on the forehead

Late nights of staying up talking

Or staring at another sleeping peacefully

Whispering “I love you” every day

The sweet kiss on the lips

Soft glances at each other

Missing each other during the day

Cuddling together to stay warm

Resting our head on their shoulder

Getting lost in each other’s gazes

I wonder what it’s like to fall in love

To be loved by someone

Would it be like finding your other half

Or making your life better and happier?

What would it be like
