Thirst

Thirst is the colour dull grey stained with beige

Thirst tastes like dry parchment

Thirst feels like a migraine

Thirst smells like scorched sand

Thirst looks like an endless desert

Thirst sounds like amplified voices

Hunger

Hunger is the colour basil green blurred with capsicum red

Hunger tastes like eating hoki as the last resort

Hunger feels like an earthquake in your stomach

Hunger smells like the rich smell of freshly baked bread

Hunger looks like a trail of a baking scent

Hunger sounds like a long low rumble

When The Storm Comes:

Wind howling outside.

Rain hammering on the roof.

The storm is now here.

The Waking World:

The world is waking.

Birds singing angelic songs.

Tranquility flows.
