Way of life...
Duality is the way of life,
Two sides, like laughter and strife.
Dark and light, good and bad,
A constant battle, both happy and sad.
The world is full of contradictions,
Peace and war, love and hate, addictions.
It is in the clash of these extremes,
That life truly exists and seems.
The yin and yang, the sun and moon,
Life and death, rise and fall in tune.
The paradox of duality in life,
A blissful chaos, an endless strife.
It is this duality, this constant fight,
That gives meaning to every day and night.
The beauty of the good, the darkness of the bad,
A complex nature, both happy and sad.

Oliver sat at a cold, grey steel-covered table. He knew he was next. The longer he sat here, the more confident he knew he wouldnβt make it. His hands were tied to the chair he was sitting on, pushed up against the steel table. A small camera in the corner of the ceiling with a tiny red flashing light was the only thing he was focused on. He felt sick to the stomach. He knew he didnβt have long.
