We’re how and what we are to be

Don’t you ever want to change

You suit you just fine

Build your house out of timber

Of oak and of pine

Rhyme if you will

Make time with the beat

Hear the sound

Of marching feet

But don’t go along

With all the others

Don’t go along

Don’t you go and change

Be absurd and free

Rather than

Chained and regular

Irregular is not a curse

But in verse I find

A moment in time
