Don't leave me alone with myself

I hate my own thoughts

Don’t Leave Me Alone With Myself

On my face the sun shines,

What the smile hides,

The things going on,

On the inside,

My brains’ a prison cell,

My own personal hell,

Don’t leave me alone with myself,

I’m a burden if I ask you to stay,

But if I don’t my brain will play games,

Its always the same game,

The things my brain says,

With the same aim,

Break me till I cry,

Break me till I want to die.

Don’t leave me alone with myself,

Please stay,

Inside my head I say,

While I act like I’d be okay either way,

Oh no,

You’re going home,

I’d be left here alone with myself,

Don’t leave me alone with myself.
