Happy Christmas Rocky

Happy Christmas Rocky

Happy happy Christmas Rocky

Make your wish list Rocky

Favorite bones and chew toys Rocky

You’re a busy doggy Rocky

Santa loves to see

Such a happy doggy Rocky

And so do we

Tonight when you slumber Rocky

If you hear sleigh bells on the roof

Don’t bother to wake and bark Rocky

Santa’s leaving gifts for you

So happy Christmas Rocky

Happy happy Christmas Rocky

Happy happy happy Christmas

Happy happy happy Christmas

Although the lyric is addressed to Rocky it is perfectly permissible to substitute any doggy name, even Curly or McGee. My good boy Rocky spent his day seeking varmints and shaking the squeaky chicken he's already taken the squeaker out of. He has eaten his dinner and two or three snacks. Now he's at rest, dreaming of doggy treats and chasing squirrels. And on Christmas morning he will be as happily surprised as any human child. So Happy Christmas, Rocky. Happy happy happy Christmas.

Amen.
