Does It Matter

Matter

She holds so many hopes and dreams in her heart,

And enough love and caring for the whole world.

But the world cannot and will not see past her sad and troubled exterior,

The girl with a heart of gold and a smile to match,

With eyes as blue and bright as the deepest ocean.

Just a great friendship to offer.

Yet no one yells out a bid on this rare person,

They don't look to see what's on the inside.

They see the complete opposite of what and who she really is,

A sad and troubled exterior is not what she wants them to see.

For that is not the real her,

So why does it really matter!

If you are going to love someone, love them for who they are. Not what or who they portray to be. Don't just love to be in love, Really love.Take the time to look at what really counts!
