Our lives zombified through gadgets and gizmos

TeLIEvisions, laptops, desktops, mobile phones

Scroll…keep scrolling…

Keep your head down and keep scrolling

Our lives revolving around apps, social media, emails, notifications

Minutes, hours, days pass and we keep scrolling…

Obsessive, addictive, zoned out behaviours…

Heighten your awareness of this and take back control

Experience existence, presence and flow

Be in tune with one’s soul compass

Be mindful of excesses and digresses

Be your own REAL influencer in life

Let daily actions be of substance

Not just a viewer, liker, commentator

Do not waste time in just being the observer

Be planting the seeds of change and growth

Be the magician and maestro of your life

You hold the power

You hold the key

Play the music of alchemy and divinity!!
