The Seine

romantic bakeries

and lovers on the streets

the cobblestones

making heels out of reach

the pastries

making romantic hearts bleed

the men and women

providing for every want and need

two lovers

locking lips

intertwining fingertips

along the water

as all of their dreams come true

they have their desires

they have each other

their wants are fulfilled

no longer needs

the Eiffel tower

rising in the distance

as the rain drops town

romance is second nature to this town

and a stern woman walks along with an umbrella

judging one

and then the other

but they do not mind

they make love in their appartement that night.
