Determined To Recover.
You can recover. It is always worth it.
Something I wrote almost three years ago now. Still these words ring true. Recovery really does take years to master. I am still recovering now. I am working on myself and my mental health. I'm learning, growing and evolving every day. Recovery is always worth it. You are worth it. Don't ever forget that.
Recovery has its
ups and downs,
sometimes its lonely
with no one around.
*
No one to help out,
No where to go
but forwards.
*
So I'm not giving up.
I'm not backing down.
I'm not losing ground.
*
Recovery is a process
that takes years
to master,
to conquer your fears.
To hide away those tears.
*
I am determined to be happy,
I will recover today,
I'll do it my way.
