Dawn Turns To Daylight

Reflect on the past year’s accomplishments and missed opportunities

Energize mind and body from the slumber of what has, and what could have been.

Now we can contemplate a fresh start with promises made to the self,

Engaging again with friends, loved ones, and new acquaintances, mindful of new possibilities to come

Win the dawn of a new day, expectant and hopeful as always that good will prevail,

After enduring the time so many would rather forget, but need desperately to remember,

Let hope spring eternal, and rise brightly from the morning mist.
