Daily Poetry Entry 1

I keep my monster..

Locked in his closet..

But the key is always..

In my back pocket..

From time to time..

It's shadow peaks out..

Then he knocks on the door..

Asks to come out..

Politely at first..

then he starts to shout..

"You can open the door..

Or I can just Bust out..

The decision is yours..

But in time you'll find..

They might need to come journey..

Into our ill mind.."
