Clear Skies

clear skies,

trees with eyes

dress at my feet and a horse at my side

water trickling and I really feel alive

love to be me with my hair never tied

all of this peace and I’m focused on inside

the inside of me , the one I’m tryna revive

each breath I take tells me I’m alive

but to be and to be sane are separate parts of life

always wanted a break but still could not decide

if the risks I take could make me feel alive

all of the things I faked trying to keep my pride

trying to do things safe and trying to make you smile

sometimes it’s the same but sometimes with different drives

we accomplish different things, like the ones before my eyes
