I love love.

You turn my eyes heart-shaped in the heartland of my dreamscape

The spectral space on my inner spectrum where I started

Blank, faded electrum lotuses

Fell away, departed

Making me choose to bloom again

Out from under my Polaroid filter’s stonewashed winter

Came new colours

Dusty rose too lilac beige

To opaque shared wavelength of muted viridian

Dioxazine purple haze

Sepia, magenta and bright cerulean

Chemtrail whites of your eyes

Icecapade blue are mine reflecting you and your Xanadu

My lakes’, your lakes’ dance of confluence

I am no longer in a lone star state

Instead I am in a great pearlescent galaxy

Looking down on miniature forests

Earth’s tasseomancy

Her cup runneth over in torrents in the universe

I am ready to burst

And you feel like summer rain

I bear the bane of pluviophilia

And memorabilia of being made heart-shaped

Not just my eyes but the way I live my life

You were my escape to paradise
