Cavemen on Mars

Milkn’ Roses

He’ll tell you how he built the world,

But not what he did he do with all the calluses.

Free on the moon, stuck in molasses

Negativity reigns over me like an emperor.

His son believes in aliens and simulations

But not the need for economic stimulation.

You ever tried explaining racism to a

cave man? All he wants is fire.

You ever tried explaining war to an

Insane man? All he wants is a gun.

Instead of fixing the problems,

Hoping one day we’ll overcome.

He’s building another planet,

It’s the calluses he runs from.

You will only miss the shots you don’t take.

Shoot for the stars and hope you touch base.

Pray to a God even if you seen a face.

We believe in aliens but we ain’t never seen space.
