Cats or Dogs?

Wake to a Banshee’s bitter mourning

Dream ‘mares with Werewolf curs’ calling,

Lend a friend to the extroverted lonely

Warm the quiet with company,

Give the Entertainer a mouse

Let the Guardian range the house,

Magical rad witchy furball

Spray her to make her meltily slink away

Ding dong ditchable goofus

Treat him with eats and love and he’ll always stay,

Give me nine lives

To try new tricks

Or one good one

To enjoy them,

Give me one skilled at tricks, an obedient “sit”er…

Or give me a freespirit, a skilled trickster...

Dogs or cats?

Hmm…

Both and neither.
