Beginnings and Endings

The End is Truly the Beginning

Eyes as blue as the blue oceans

Oceans carrying lifetimes of love

Love tethered by the red string of fate

Fate that he and she chose to honor

Honor him as he honors her

Her feminine submitted to his masculine

Masculine and feminine of the divine

Divine timing through each lifetime

lifetime after lifetime they find the other

Other people see them but don’t understand

Understand the power of their connection

Connection to the other, never broken

Broken spirits healed by his hands

Hands intertwined in the altar bed

Bed and pillows envious of touched skin

Skin upon skin, souls merged together

Together they ascend into the heavens

Heavens part as two souls become one

One man and one woman now merged

Merged souls follow merged bodies

Bodies fade, but souls never die

Die a small death with each big O

Oh the agony of separation longing

longing of returning back home

Home is in that one, most important person

Person to person, arms embraced

Embraced in love’s ethereal grasp
