In April's gentle light,
The world is born anew,
As nature sheds her winter plight,
And flowers burst in hues.
The air is filled with hope,
As birdsong greets the morn,
And skies with colors that elope,
The beauty of being reborn.
The sun shines bright and warm,
As gentle breezes blow,
The world is free from winter's harm,
And nature's grandeur on show.
With each passing day,
The season takes its hold,
In April's lovely display,
A world of beauty unfolds.
So let us pause a while,
And revel in nature's art,
For in April's gentle smile,
We find a new and hopeful start.
