Always being my second when dealing with life.

Hanging in the back of your head, planning against you.

Coming out of nowhere, making you spiral out of control.

Your heart starts racing faster than you.

Skipping beats making you panic.

Lungs tighten under stress making breathing harder.

Fighting to take one breath without throwing up.

Stomach starts to twist in knots, making you nauseous.

So lost in your head, making you delusional to your surroundings.

Putting your body into overdrive and autopilot.

Nothing helps when you slip and fall sometimes.

Watching it all crack and fall apart in front of you.

If you're still breathing, you're doing something right.
