One day a blue bird will submit providence
Into an autumn stained picture frame
Sit and ponder old forgotten philosophies
By the sill of a water strained picture window pane
Salvage a silent epiphany and astonish society
Eclipse a dimming myth and consume destiny
And like a child discovering an abandoned well
Seize a glimpse of it's vast depths begin to swell
Then wander down to the old stone walls
Laced with whispers of lost waterfalls
Contemplate when the cold crashing tides
Will cease their thriving thunderous cries
Because dusk and dawn will once be gone
And sapphire waves will not flow for long
Bruising clouds will no longer inscribe
Lush lavender dyes in the northern sky
Sun-dust stairways will keep from rising
And time will expire with the blue horizon
About the Creator
