Amor Autônomo

My Freely Given Love

She’s just so easy to love!

”You don’t have to do those things, but I appreciate them.”

Babygirl, that’s precisely why I do them.

It’s nothing for me to wash a dish or to fix some sheets.

Besides, the help it practically provides is equal to the cost.

The stem of my actions and where my love begins is what matters.

“Conte-me mais, meu amor.”

Intentions. My intentions are what count.

I freely give, and I fully receive.

“Receive?”

Knowing my impulse to help adds to your life gives me back enough to keep it up.

I prefer to keep my love autonomous without those pesky demands.

Save those asks for what you can’t do with only your hands.

If I felt used, my fuse would get lit.

Poof…gone, and that’s legit.

You, my love, are too easy for this guy to love.

I enjoy stories and telling them.

I’m the rich father before I am the poor artist.

Working on a novel. Why is it so hard?! ;)
