Always Observing

A poem about outsiders, seeing as other's don't

They see what others miss and don't,

Eyes wide open knowing every solitary move.

While the rest of the cast just simply won't,

You read them through actions they take you've got nothing to prove.

Before long you read other people like a book completed many times over,

You can sense what others may have hidden in their own solitary world.

They may be at the cliffs very edge at this moment but soon to falter lower and lower,

Until your time has come to rise forcing them off the cliff being hurled.

The things they say when they feel we you aren't even present,

If they knew the real truth to that they'd understand is simply being spent.

They aren't the type to admit their wrongs or come close to a repent,

If you were dying starving on the streets they wouldn't cast a cent.

For the very few that legitimately care,

Follow my voice as your guide and you shall remain aware.
