Fear and abuse

I live in your house and under your bed

I hide in your closet and scream in your head

I’m so slick and so sly

They see me all over but still they deny

They tears are coming

The fears keep building

The food that I live off of keeps filling and filling

She tells you to run

She tells you to hide

Because she’s afraid one day you will die

You still think it’s your fault

I knocked on your door

But if you stopped feeding me the fear

I’d haunt you no more
