I Love Finding A Little Piece of Heaven When I Am With The Right Person
This poem is inspired by the Godley and Creme song “A Little Piece Of Heaven” and it’s something that I often get when I meet with or am contacted by a certain person who means a lot to me.

Spending moments with you gives me this.
A lovely little piece of heaven
Feeling safe with you and loved and then
Holding Each Other We Reminisce

An Ocean Of Love To Wrap Us In
A Beautiful Feeling That Never Ends
Together We Both Will Share The Love

Pastoral
I’ve just been listening to “Ummagumma” by Pink Floyd and I particularly love the pastoral relaxing feel of “Grantchester Meadows” by Roger Waters and thought that would be something that I would like to write for a close special friend of mine. I could also choose Beethoven's "Pastoral" Symphony but it was the Roger Waters song that inspired this.
